The right people need to see you more than once.

Nearly half of workers expect to change jobs in the next year, according to Trade Me Jobs. But wanting to move isn't the same as applying, and the people you most want to hire are rarely sitting on a job board waiting. They're on TikTok on the bus, listening to the radio on the drive in, walking past a screen at the station, or checking LinkedIn between meetings. If your role only shows up in one of those places, you miss most of the moments that matter.

A 2026 DMA study of nearly 2,000 campaigns found that the more channels a campaign uses, the stronger the response, and that campaigns aimed at winning new people, work best with a multi-channel approach. Each platform has a different job, outdoor and radio build familiarity, social sparks interest, and search catches people at the moment they're ready to act. Together, they turn passing interest into real applications.

That's how we plan every campaign at Haines. We start with the people you want to reach, then build the media mix around where they spend their time. After more than a century in the people business, we know everything works better with the right people. And the right people need to see you more than once.
