Following a consulting engagement reviewing Finance Now’s Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding approach, the team identified ongoing challenges in recruiting Credit Solutions Specialists – critical frontline roles with a consistent need for external hires. Despite engaging multiple vendors, success has been limited, and attracting candidates with the right capability remained difficult. With no dedicated internal TA team or recruitment technology in place, Finance Now was keen to explore a different, more strategic approach to improve outcomes.
